THE RIGHT AGENT
Aaron-Michael started in residential real estate sales in 2003. He worked with his father Jim Younessi who had been selling real estate in Arcadia for over 25 years and was awarded “Coldwell Banker Arcadia Rookie of the Year”. He spent several years in Arcadia where he found his niche selling custom and semi-custom homes. During those years he volunteered to be the marketing chairman for his local board of Realtors.
He moved to Temecula with his wife Heidi and their daughter and son. They have lived happily in Meadowview for the last 7 years with their Chocolate Lab, two cats and Guinea Pig. Aaron-Michael is excited to provide his full time focus on real estate and looks forward to bringing a unique approach to each of his client’s needs. His experience ranges from first time buyers looking for a condo to seasoned owners of custom homes and estates.

EXPERIENCE
With over 15 years of licensed experience I have seen both seller’s markets and buyer’s markets. I got my start in during the “golden age” of real estate when home values appreciated faster than the speed of light. I’ve also seen the bottom fall out and the aftermath of short sales and foreclosures. Through it all, one thing stays consistent, buyers and sellers need to be represented by an experienced professional.Make sure to interview at least two Realtors when making your choice.
